Hi, my name is Joel. Since graduating in Business Administration I have worked extensively within sales and marketing functions for international recruitment consultancies and most recently for a major international publishing house. I have helped some of the worlds largest companies such as SAP, Estee Lauder and Barclays bank develop and fulfil strategic hiring solutions. As well as helping the companies I have had as clients develop and grow I have been a team leader, coach and mentor to the immediate members of my team.

Outside of work I am a committed scuba diver, surfer and tea enthusiast.
