How To Use Object CMS
Employee Access
As a collaborative company, the first thing you’ll want to do is set up Users. Click “Users” in the Object CMS Menu. In the sub-menu on the left, select “Add User”.
Over on the right side of the screen, you are met with a list of fields to be entered. These include Username (Login), Password, Confirm Password (re-type password), EMail Address, First and Last Name, Telephone Number and Address; all of the standard information an employer requires. Aside from the Username and Password, all other fields are optional. You may also fill in a brief summary of the User in the “About” section. You must define the “Status” of the user by either clicking the Check-Box for “Active” Status, or leaving it un-checked for “Inactive” Status.
You may View and Edit current Users under the “View” tab in the Users sub-menu, changing personal information, status and any other fields as needed.
