Pay per call / minute Pricing Package
Systrix offers all clients a live operator and dedicated phone line, we can monitor the number of calls we make or receive in relation to your business and bill you based upon this number. You get a great level of service and pay only for what you use. We are not able to offer this service for 24/7 or for out of hours calls.
Pay Monthly Pricing Package
Systrix has great pay monthly packages (with annual discounts), this approach offers customers a dedicated and exclusive line and email address and dedicated call center operative. As a company that utilizes the phone a lot to build customers and keep in touch with existing ones the pay monthly option gives you the greatest flexibility. We will build a custom pay monthly package which will depend upon your SLA needs and the volumes of inbound or outbound calls. This ensures that you get enough representatives dedicated to your company and we are prepared for any overflow that might occur
